This unique show highlights all the rich sounds of the cello: percussive rhythms, melodic lines, bowing and hand techniques. Using a looper pedal, Yanis layers several musical motifs live, creating the illusion of a real orchestra accompanying him... even though he is alone on stage with his instrument. His original compositions and previously unreleased melodies take the audience on a unique journey that is both intimate and grandiose.
